AZLD League Championship – The Season Finale
The Arizona Long Drive League Championship on Saturday, June 21, marks the thrilling conclusion of our 2025 inaugural season. This exclusive, single-elimination tournament will feature the top eight male and female competitors based on season-long standings in both the FedEx Cup (Long Ball) and 3M Cup (3Ball).
Players will go head-to-head in two separate brackets:
-
Long Ball Bracket – Longest single drive wins.
-
3Ball Bracket – Best sum of three drives wins.
With both power and precision on full display, the AZLD Championship will crown champions in four divisions:
-
Men’s Long Ball
-
Women’s Long Ball
-
Men’s 3Ball
-
Women’s 3Ball
Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in each division, with a purse of $250 for first place, $100 for second, and $50 for third.
To compete for a championship title, each qualified player will have the opportunity to hit two sets of five balls, per round, in their respective division. A one-time $50 entry fee per player, per division, with no buy-backs, covers participation in the championship. For example, if a player qualifies in both the Long Ball and 3Ball divisions, their entry fee would be $100.
The format will follow a structure similar to the NCAA Tournament’s Elite Eight: in each division, the top eight qualifiers will be seeded based on their standings—#1 vs. #8, #2 vs. #7, and so on. Winners advance through the bracket until a champion is crowned.
With each match played side-by-side in adjacent hitting bays, the intensity builds round by round, culminating in four AZLD champions!
